Shipping- 

most orders ship within 2-5 business days. most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Tracking- You will receive a tracking number by email or text when your order ships.

Returns-   Returns accepted within 7 days on unworn items with tags.

Non returnable: beauty products, skincare items, mystery bags, sale items, intimates, bodysuits, accessories.

Exchanges- Yes, if the size that is needed is available. Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged. 

Refunds/Store Credit- Most approved returns receive store credit unless otherwise stated.

Discount Codes -   Only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to past orders.

Wrong Shipping Address- If order hasn't shipped yet  we can change it but,if it has already shipped we are unable to change it .

Shipping Areas- We currently ship within the United States.

Local Pickup- Not available at this time.
